Delta VFD150CP43B-21 is a fan and pump dedicated inverter from the CP2000 series, optimized for energy-saving operation in fluid systems with three-phase 380–460V input and 15kW rated output power. It features an energy-saving V/F control algorithm with automatic voltage regulation (AVR) and slip compensation, which reduces power consumption by optimizing motor operation according to actual load demand, particularly effective for variable-torque loads like fans and pumps. The inverter integrates a high-precision PID controller with adjustable dead band and proportional/integral time, enabling automatic regulation of system pressure, flow, or temperature, and supports advanced functions such as sleep/wake control (based on pressure/flow setpoints), pump rotation control (to prevent pump jamming), and dry-running protection (via external flow switch). It provides a wide output frequency range (0.1–600Hz), soft start/stop function (0.1–300s acceleration/deceleration time), and multiple control modes (local, remote, communication). Comprehensive protection functions include overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overload (120% for 60s), overheating, phase loss, short circuit, and motor thermal protection.
